When I put 4 "AA" batteries in the unit (BATTERIES ARE NOT INCLUDED), the unit powers on (PLEASE SEE THE 3rd AND 4th PICTURES); THAT IS ALL OF THE TESTING THAT WAS DONE ON THIS UNIT AND ALL OF THE TEST LEADS, INSTRUCTIONS, AC ADAPTER, CHARGER AND ACCESSORIES THAT MAY HAVE COME WITH THIS UNIT ARE MISSING AND NOT INCLUDED AND THIS UNIT
IS
BEING SOLD AS IS IN USED AND UNTESTED CONDITION AND THE OPERATIONAL AND USEABLE CONDITION OF THE UNIT IS UNKNOWN AND I DO NOT KNOW IF THE UNIT NEEDS TO BE CALIBRATED

THE CASE IS INCLUDED BUT IT HAS SOME WEAR FROM USE WITH RIPS/TEARS HERE AND THERE (PLEASE SEE THE 12th PICTURE AS AN EXAMPLE).
