Included with each plate is two clamps that allow for quick attachment and detachment of the mounting plate without tools. The plate comes with two elongated slots and a center hole for mounting virtually any light that you want to mount. It comes with all the necessary hardware to mount to the trussing.
Plates can be used in pairs for larger/heavier fixtures.
