Honda CB750 Nighthawk Adjustable Length Black Shocks 12" To 13.25"

Description

These are a very unique set of ADJUSTABLE LENGTH motorcycle black shock absorbers.  They are not air shocks but they are nitrogen charged.
The length is adjustable from 12" to 13.25" by screwing the bottom section up or down to the desired length. The original shocks are 13.25" long.
The photo shows one shock with the bottom section removed.
All required bushings are preinstalled to provide ease of installation.
The green wire ties that you see in the photo are there to secure the bushings in place to prevent it from being lost.
PRICE INCLUDES BOTH SHOCKS.
This set of shocks will only fit 1991-2003 HONDA CB750 NIGHTHAWK models.

ADJUSTABLE LENGTH NITROGEN CHARGED SHOCKS
DIRECTIONS:
1) THE LOWER SECTION OF THE SHOCK CAN BE SCREWED UP OR DOWN
TO ADJUST THE LENGTH OF THE SHOCK FROM 12" TO 13.25"
CAUTION: THE SHOCK LENGTH MUST NOT BE EXTENDED BEYOND
13.25".  THERE IS A GAP OR BAND ON THE THREADED PORTION OF
THE SHOCK DAMPER WHERE THERE ARE NO THREADS. NO PART OF THIS
BAND MUST BE VISIBLE WHEN INSTALLED.  IF ANY PART OF THE BAND IS
VISIBLE WHEN INSTALLED,
THERE IS A DANGER THAT
THE LOWER SECTION OF THE SHOCK CAN BREAK OFF RESULTING IN
LOSS OF CONTROL OF THE MOTORCYCLE.
2) THE SHOCKS WILL COME WITH THE LOCKING NUT FOR THE LOWER
SECTION LOOSE. DO NOT TIGHTEN UNTIL AFTER INSTALLATION.
3) ADJUST THE SHOCKS TO THE DESIRED LENGTH BY SCREWING THE
LOWER SECTION UP OR DOWN. BOTH SHOCKS MUST BE ADJUSTED
TO THE SAME LENGTH.
4) TIGHTEN LOCKNUT FOR LOWER SECTION WITH THE TOOL PROVIDED
AFTER INSTALLATION.
WARNING:
THESE SHOCKS ARE NITROGEN CHARGED.  THERE IS AN
INFLATION VALVE AT THE BOTTOM OF THE SHOCK DAMPER.
DO NOT ATTEMPT TO INFLATE OR RELEASE PRESSURE.
