Design
Unlike one size fits all wiring harnesses, our 12 Volt Power Adapter was engineered for use with JL Wranglers. Compatible with 2018 2019 2020 Jeep Wrangler JL & Gladiator JT. It is compatible with both two and four door models, regardless of trim level.
This wiring harness adds an inline fuse and connection point to your factory 12-volt power outlet. You can conveniently connect a CB radio, auxiliary lighting, radar detector, portable GPS or other accessory to this Quadratec 12 Volt Power Adapter.
Upgrade Design
The wiring harness adds a series fuse and connection point to the factory's 12-volt power socket. Using this 12-volt power adapter, add an accessory power supply with switchable ignition switch to operate CB radio, radar detector, portable GPS, satellite radio, auxiliary lighting and other accessories.
No stitching requirements
This 12-volt power adapter is a direct plug-and-play solution that demands no other modifications. This convenient design allows you to easily power Jeep accessories.

Installation Instruction
1.Using a Trim stick or flat edge screw driver, remove the dash panel below the steering column.
2.Unsnap the upper heater control panel and unplug the wiring.Remove the panel.
3. Using a phillips screw driver, remove the screw holiding the window control panel.
4. Fold the panel forward.Unplug the gray connnector on the power port located on the drivers side of the window control panel.
5.Take the gray connnector and plug it into the large white connector of the power tap.
6.Plug the small gray connector on the accessory power tap back into the power port on the window control panel.
7. Pull back the carpet on the passenger side of the console.Remove the plastic cap covering the console bolt and remove the bole. This will allow access for the terminal block to the fed through.
8.Route the white termial block and fuse holder on the power tap down through the small hole in the lower center section of the dash toward the passenger side coner of the dash as highlighted.(Take your time and have patience, it is a tight fit)
9.The white terminal block will end up under the carpet at the bottom of the console.This will be an easily accessible location for any future connnections you need to make.
10.Reassemble the dash.
